Leadership and management are all about people. In independent schools, we provide little formal management training; it’s mostly sink or swim as you move up the ladder from teacher or staff member to leading direct reports. And then there’s navigating increasingly complicated relationships with your manager and your peers.
The Boss Skills Lab introduces concepts based in organizational psychology and conflict resolution that are both “bite sized” and impactful enough to move you forward. The theme for Fall, 2026 is all about building skills for productive conflict.
